Sun protection products are used as part of a package of protective measures when you are in the sun.
It is recommended that you use sun protection products when you are in the sun and that these products should have both UVB (indicated by the SPF number) and UVA protection (the UVA protection that a sunscreen provides will be evident on the label). Never use sun protection products in order to spend longer in the sun.
